Current Alpha status

DiscussionBridge 0.2.0-alpha.19 is ready for sandbox installation.

All six product repositories are publicly cloneable. The sharedv0.2.0-alpha.19 tag and packaged GitHub prereleases identify the exact coordinated candidate. Human sandbox installation, unchanged promotion through development/pre-production, and final Alpha acceptance remain separate gates.
